What is an Experience Box?
We'll bring the auction & dinner to you! With an Experience Box order, you can choose from the following options for you to enjoy with friends on the day of our live event:
- a fresh meal from a local restaurant
- a hand-picked premium bottle of wine from a Washington winery
- or Conservation Northwest gear

Experience Boxes are a great way to create a sense of togetherness with your table guests and to be able to share an experience during our live event. Designed to give you a sustainable and convenient dinner option, we hope you will bring your box to the pre- and post-event gatherings to chat with our staff and catch up with other table guests.
Our team has done the work to make sure our Experience Boxes are as sustainable as possible, including compostable and eco-friendly packaging. For this reason, we kindly request that meal boxes be reserved for those guests in the Greater Seattle Area to minimize our carbon footprint.
Who can order an Experience Box?
Individuals who registered for a Full Event Access ticket are eligible to order an Experience Box!
Table Captains who register their table can also coordinate an Experience Box for each of their table guests. As an added bonus, Table Captains have the option to customize their meal, dinner wine, and/or other Experience Box items to ensure their guests receive a personalized experience that will bring them together from afar. To discuss what customization options are possible, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you did not register for Full Event Access but would like to order an Experience Box, please contact email@example.com or make a donation for the cost difference ($90 to upgrade from General Live Event Access to Full Event Access). Since a portion of the cost of the Full Event Access goes towards Experience Box logistics, we unfortunately cannot offer this option for every ticket level.
How do I order an Experience Box?
Under the "Tickets" option at the top of this page, you can select the Experience Box(es) you wish. If you are a Table Captain, you can either direct your guests to this page to order their boxes themselves or, if you prefer, you can order 10 Experience Boxes for your table. If you have questions, please check with our team to help coordinate (email us at firstname.lastname@example.org).
Given the uncertainty of small and local businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, Conservation Northwest will be finalizing partner restaurant and meals in March. Please pre-select a meal preference if you wish or check back in March. Our team will also be reaching out directly to Full Event Access ticketholders and Table Captains in March to finalize any meals and Experience Box orders.
Experience Box registration closes on April 12th. Last day to make any changes to your box order is April 14th.
Can I change my Experience Box?
Yes! You can make changes to your Experience Box meal choice, additional options, or anything else box related by no later than April 14th. Contact our team at email@example.com
Please note: The entire value of your Experience Box is not tax-deductible as the cost covers the logistics and value of the items you receive.
